Alfred Angelo Named The Exclusive/Official Retail Manufacturer Of Bella's Bridal Gown

Lorabell note: I've also noticed that Alfred designs for the Disney Bridal collection, which includes a... Snow White dress - loving the "six degrees of Stew-eration" :)

Alfred Angelo made a very interesting post on their site's blog-

Philadelphia, PA – AUGUST 13, 2011 -Marking the official wedding date of Bella Swan to vampire Edward Cullen, Alfred Angelo has been named the exclusive and official licensed manufacturer of Bella’s bridal gown, which appears in Summit Entertainment’s upcoming release of THE TWILLIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 1, due in theaters on November 18, 2011.

The gown will be a replica of the wedding dress worn by Kristen Stewart in THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 1. It will be priced in line with Alfred Angelo’s popular bridal collection, and available in sizes 0 to 30W to fit every Twilight bride.

Since THE TWILIGHT SAGA began, Twilight fans have been imagining of Bella’s bridal gown. A search on Youtube or Google returns hundreds of possibilities and home videos created by Twilight fans with their vision of “THE DRESS.” The question remains…just what will Bella wear?

Her gown, marketed under the brand Twilight Bridal by Alfred Angelo, will be unveiled in late November 2011 following the release of the movie, and will be available in Alfred Angelo Signature Stores and independent retailers worldwide.

Breaking Dawn Character Cards For Comic-Con 2011

Celebuzz just gave us Twi-Hards some pictures. These look to be the same from the calender, but now they have the character's info:

Fans have already started camping out at Comic-Con in anticipation of the July 21 Breaking Dawn panel. The movie’s three stars are all expected to attend, and Celebuzz will be there to bring you every single tidbit of Twilight news there might be. Stay tuned!

Bella's Breaking Dawn Wedding Dress Designer Confirmed!

And the winner is... Carolina Herrera!

The New York wedding dress designer landed the lucky (and highly precarious) job of taking Stephenie's vision from paper to silk, satin and lace.

You can check out her site full of designer HERE but something tells me there won't be anything "Bella" like just yet...

Although this time next year replicas will become widely available from various stores, for now I'm sure there's nothing we can compare to.

The image above is a design of Carolina's from a previous season and was something that I think might be along the lines we can expect.

That Edwardian "Anne of Green Gables" touch but sleeker, with some striking elements we won't be expecting :) exciting!!!

The Twilight Saga just tweeted this still. I have not seen this before! I spy the wedding ring, Bella's room, Bella's comforter, an empty cork board, and packing boxes! Looks like someone is getting ready to move out and start her married life! How damn far away is this movie? 196 days-3 hours-26 minutes... Gah!

Photos of Bella's Breaking Dawn "Antique-ish and Feathery" Wedding Dress?!

So, I was nosing around Twitter looking for signs of Breaking Dawn filming life here in Vancouver and stumbled across this teaser...

According to 604Gossip, we may be seeing spoilers of Bella's Breaking Dawn wedding dress soon and it is "antique-ish and feathery"!

Now, in the book, the overall wedding look is described as...

It was my Anne of Green gables vision all over again....

"Nineteen-eighteen?" I guessed.

"More or less,"she said, nodding. "Some of it is my design, the train, the veil..."

She touched the white satin as she spoke. "The lace is vintage. Do you like it?"

Those of you who are going with the old fashioned look are on the right track. Two key words to aid in the search: art nouveau. It’s a simpler style than the frillier Edwardian stuff. Elegant white satin, cut on the bias, with long sleeves (the strapless thing is a very recent development. It wasn’t even popular when I was getting married, only 13 years ago, much less during the modest turn of the century). I search google images for the dress every now and then. I’ll let you know if I find something close one of these days.

I think we all expected the dress to be vintage, but... feathery? Eeeek :/ please don't be fugly, please don't be fugly, please don't be fugly!

Sooo, do we think we're actually going to see anything before Breaking Dawn comes out this November (Gaaah!) - at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards maybe? OR, do we think that Summit has come down on this like Jane on a bad day?

Lucky Twilight Lexicon are at the LA TwiTour this weekend (along with bloggy buds Twifans, Twilighish, HisGoldenEyes and more *pout*) where the first sneak peek at the Twifecta's Breaking Dawn costumes were previewed!

I am loving Edward's jacket and want Bella's boots like woah! It's also interesting that Jacob decides to shirt-up with Renesemee around perhaps?
